Dr. Paul Armbrecht honored as ‘Citizen of the Year’

Every year during Sweet Corn Daze, the Rockwell City Rotary Club names its “Citizen of the Year.” This year, the honor was bestowed on Dr. Paul Armbrecht, a long-time veterinarian and area resident.
